VSA + IBM Design Studios

I was the UX Creative Director at VSA Partners, where I focused on the IBM Design Studio account. I helped launch the Global Design Studios in Tokyo and London, designed the first consumer-facing experience for Watson and led the team that redesigned IBM's intranet.
